Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrading gear increases its base stats and sometimes enhances its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by the levels of gear, their requirements, and how many random augmentations are made available.

For instance, the premium shield of racial violence Razortail is commonly upgraded for its lightning absorb ability in PvP or to provide additional defenses on missile based designs in PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the non-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens permit you to buy a new item, like a weapon, armor or ring. The item is swapped for one similar item, with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens can be an efficient method of upgrading equipment. However, they do not retain the same level as the original item and any resources that are wasted will not be refunded.

The surviving players can acquire tokens to reroll in many ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in crates and chests or bought from the market at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attribute of a piece equipment for example, increasing the damage it can cause.

Players can roll equipment in three categories: physical power, spell power and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase the damage of melee and weapons attack while upgrades to spell power upgrade mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.

There are three kinds of reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each upgrade takes an item to a higher quality, with the requirement of a higher-quality reroll token order to make it. Upgrades require a common item. Rare upgrades require an item that is exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

Unlike other special tokens and markers placed on Action spaces, the reroll marker remains on the spot until the next success result is rerolled. This allows you to prevent the waste of upgrades.

Blueprints appear as envelopes at the start of each Preparation Phase and can be opened by grabbing them with Interact. When they are opened, they will display an image and description of the appliance or ingredient. The restaurant's shop will trade blueprints for a brand new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.

In the course of a run, blueprints can be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on the choice of Franchise Cards. This alters the blueprints the restaurant's shop offers for rerolls, and also those that are in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve weapons, armor and accessories. These are special stones that increase the level of an item by improving its stats or attributes. These items can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. They are also available to players who have completed daily contracts.

To upgrade their gear players first need to locate the appropriate item and then click on the "level up" button. This will display a list of the item's current level and what it will become after being leveled-up. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones required to do so. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade item a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Most often, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas uncommon armor requires only one green or blue Growth Stone.

After deciding what to upgrade, players must then select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. Once the player has met the requirements, he can select the upgrade option and apply the Growth Stones. This will increase the item's level a certain percentage. The process of upgrading can last anywhere from seconds to several minutes, based on the rarity of the item upgrader mod.

The upgrade process is also risk-free and doesn't affect the longevity of the item. This makes it an excellent method for players to get an advantage in battle without putting stress on their bank account. By clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer the experience and progression of an upgraded piece of gear onto a new piece of gear.

The process of acquiring Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty is a daunting task for players who are new to the game. There are a variety of ways to acquire them, including contract completion and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or getting them from the reward chests during the Ancient Arena season. In addition, players can take apart higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is an option that lets players boost the base stats of weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade item materials and then pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade materials will be used up and the item will be upgraded to an upgrade to a higher level. This process can be repeated until the maximum level of an item is attained.

Items with upgraded base stats will display an icon of blue in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, can't be applied to more than one item at the same time. Each upgrade component will require a certain number of items as well as a certain level of equipment.

The Upgrade Station features two slots: the left one is where players can add a piece of equipment that they wish to upgrade, and the right shows a preview of what the equipment will look like once it is at its next level. When players have enough materials by pressing the yellow arrow, it will initiate the upgrade process.

A piece of gear can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Each time it is upgraded the stats of the base item will be increased by only a tiny amount. The maximum level for an item is 19.

Once an item reaches its maximum level, it will no longer have the option of upgrading. In the same way, once an item reaches an upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track ) they will be discounted.

Upgrade components are a type of equipment that can slot into armors, weapons, trinkets and gathering tools to provide an additional benefit or bonus while the equipment is equipped. They can be bought through vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, however doing so could destroy the previous upgrade, excluding for glyphs that can be removed and replaced freely.

Requirements

The upgrades to items allow players the ability to boost certain stats on armor and weapons that they currently own. The requirements for upgrading an item differ based on the item type, but typically you'll need Dilithium and a variety of Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).

The upgrade items can be slotted into equipment sets and weapons for additional effects or to increase the item level. These upgrades can be obtained from various sources in the game, including crafting, purchased at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses or raids, or collected from dungeons. Once an upgrade element is inserted into an item, it cannot be removed and substituted without restriction, however the glyphs used in gathering tools can be swapped without restrictions.

Upgrades to an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. In addition, some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can improve the item's stats.

The helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun", for instance, increases defense base and adds an additional 20 percent chance of blocking. Additionally the dps upgrade "Wildfire" increases weapon damage.

Upgrades can be beneficial for some items, but not because they boost stats. They are more valuable to players if they can get the perfect roll. For instance, a perfectly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and can be worth 20-50x the non-upp'd version.

The game will show you the requirements once you choose the upgrade component that goes into the item. The game will show the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.

Once you've satisfied the requirements for an upgrade, the game will place the item in your inventory and the progress bar will change to indicate how close to completing the upgrade. You can also check on the status of an item upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
